The dsh-update-checker plugin is designed to integrate DeepSeek Harness (DSH) version-checking functionality into the Web GUI top bar, allowing status to be viewed without leaving the current interface. It provides a top-bar badge displaying three states: “up to date,” “new version available,” or “check failed.” It supports automatic checks, click-to-refresh comparison panels, and diagnostic information. It can be installed using `dsh plugin add` and supports dynamic Cordis plugin usage. The plugin only requests the public npm registry, does not collect local data, and primarily checks the DSH version itself.
